City Cat Clinic COVID Protocol
To keep you and our staff as safe as possible, we are currently providing curbside services only for the unforeseeable future. We very much miss seeing you face-to-face and understand that curbside service changes your experience as a client.
Please know that we are still providing your cat with the same compassionate, gentle, top quality medical care we always have. We look forward to the day that it will be safe for you to accompany your cat into the building again.
With our current protocol, you will call the clinic on our main line (952-925-0035) when you arrive in our parking lot at your check-in time. Our staff will assist and guide you from there.
When we are ready for your kitty to come into the building, you will bring your kitty (safely in a secured carrier) to the main door under the awning in our parking lot.
At this time an employee will meet you at the door to collect your kitty and provide you with a pager. If you are comfortable, please send your credit card into the building with your kitty to streamline the check-out process.
We ask you wear a mask when interacting with our staff and that you wait in your car in the parking lot during your cat's appointment time. The veterinarian will call you with exam findings, along with a treatment plan if necessary.
After your call, we will perform the agreed upon diagnostics and treatments and then page you when it is time to return to the door to get your cat.
Also, due to COVID, we have temporarily closed our boarding facility at this time.
For all new clients with a scheduled appointment (or current clients who have an address change): Please fill out the New Client Form
For all appointments: Please fill out the Appointment Information Form if you currently have a scheduled appointment.
This form must be filled out and submitted within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you are bringing in more than one cat, please fill out a separate form for each cat.
